Description
"Chocolate Bar" is our first espresso blend and also the most popular! Inspired by and reminiscent of the classic Italian espresso style. The blend consists of local varieties from our partner cooperative in Brazil, "Sancoffee," and fully traceable, washed Indian Robusta. The blend is distinguished by its name - flavor notes of chocolate, nuts, and a full-bodied, creamy texture with high sweetness and excellent balance.

This coffee is roasted for espresso, meaning it has a higher intensity of flavor balance and sweetness, a full-bodied and rich texture. The roast level results in lower acidity, high sweetness, and mild bitterness with pronounced caramelization aromas.
Espresso roasts have higher solubility, meaning you can unlock coffee flavors more easily. While especially suitable for espresso machines and Moka pots, you can also enjoy it with other methods if you prefer a richer coffee experience.
Espresso roasts reach their peak quality about 2 weeks after the roast date.
Use and storage
We recommend enjoying this coffee within 3 months of the roast date.
