Right of Withdrawal

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, take(s) possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Brewwerk GmbH, Aachener Straße 58, 40223 Düsseldorf, Phone: 017674722949, Email: [email protected], of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email or a letter sent by post). You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose or choose another appropriate written form.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from choosing a different type of delivery than the one offered by us, the most favorable standard delivery), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day the return is received and processed by us. We will use the same means of payment for this refund that you used for the original transaction. You will not be charged any fees for this refund. A refund before the return is received is not possible.

You must return or hand over the goods to our fulfillment center (Brewwerk GmbH, Aachener Straße 58, 40223 Düsseldorf) immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. Brewwerk GmbH bears the cost of the return shipment if you use the corresponding return label, which you can request from our service either by phone (017674722949) or by email ([email protected]).

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for testing the quality, properties, and functionality of the goods.
When returning machines, please ensure that the water tank is emptied and the machine is securely packaged for transport.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if:

• The contract is for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
• The contract is for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would quickly be exceeded.
• The contract is for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

For these legal reasons, we cannot accept returns of goods with opened or damaged packaging and goods that are close to their expiration date. Similarly, ground coffee sold by us is excluded from exchange and withdrawal.
