Description
"Candy Shop" is our preferred blend when we want to highlight a specific aspect of specialty coffee. Coffee is much more than a bean - it's a fruit, and this blend showcases how sweet such a fruit can be. Our blend impresses with ripe fruit acidity, the sweetness of natural sugars, and fruity flavor notes, balanced by a caramel-like sweetness from the roasting process. The blend consists of local varieties from our partner cooperative in Brazil, "Sancoffee," and washed Ethiopian coffee.

Roast level - 5/10
This coffee is roasted for espresso, meaning it has higher intensity, rich texture, and sweetness. The roast level provides a balanced flavor profile with bright acidity and well-rounded sweetness, as well as very low bitterness. While especially suitable for espresso machines and Moka pots, you can also enjoy it with other methods if you prefer a richer coffee.
Espresso roasts reach their peak quality about 2 weeks after the roast date.
Use and storage
We recommend enjoying this coffee within 3 months of the roast date.
Store it in a dry and cool place, between +16 and +25 degrees Celsius.
